If we have the pleasure of speaking for more than ten minutes, you will experience my passion for the Workforce Development industry, Economic Development (especially through an equity lens) and innovative ways to squueze every ounce of effectiveness out of our public workforce system. I am vocal about the unsung positives and even more vocal about advocating for improvements where needed.

I have come to a point in my career where I value true collaboration, trailblazing innovation and being a support during this inflection point in our work. I am open to traditional consulting work, strategic project support, proposal development and grant writing. I love to train teams in-person or virtually. Since workforce is baked into my DNA, I also love to talk about workforce development all day, any day and can be booked for speaking engagements.
